When caring
parenting meets
nature's challenges
Plagiocephaly, also known as flat head syndrome in infants, means that the baby's head has an asymmetrical or flat spot on her head due to external pressures.
It can occur despite the best parental care, before, during, or after birth. Factors like their position in the womb or spending lots of time on their back can play a role. While these changes are often aesthetic, it is important to provide care and attention to address them.

Helmet therapy
In the early stages, a baby's skull is very soft and susceptible to reshaping due to external pressures, which can result in flat spots on the head.
The helmet works by applying gentle and gradual pressure to specific parts of the head. Skull bones follow the natural growth of the brain into the natural shape of the head. In the case of flat spots, the helmet helps redirect growth towards those areas.
It is effective and, above all, safe for your little one.
Sometimes nature needs a nudge
MOOR-P Band is an orthotic device for gentle and effective correction of plagiocephaly (flat head) in your precious toddler.
It is individually crafted for each child, using dermatologically appropriate materials used for medical devices. The interior is padded with soft foam material that adjusts during the growth of the baby's head.
Starting treatment is as easy as 123.
EXAMINATION AND 3D IMAGING
3D scanning technology helps to accurately determine the degree of deformity and ensures that the helmet will fit your baby perfectly.
WEARING THE HELMET
The duration of the correction depends on the degree of deformity. You will receive all the necessary instructions and you will quickly notice the first improvements. At regular check-ups, we will monitor and evaluate progress.
